The Masontown district office of state Rep. Bill DeWeese, D-Waynesburg, has shifted from one side of the Jordan Auto complex on Route 21 to the other side.

The new and smaller office faces the Family Dollar Store, Subway and Pizza Hut.

The mailing address and telephone number remain the same: 2187 McClellandtown Road, Masontown, PA 15461 and 724-583-2790.

DeWeese said he authorized the move to trim operating costs while still affording constituents the same level of convenience, including level parking and access to those with physical disabilities.

DeWeese said he anticipates no impact on constituents.

“The only significant change is that they will pull up to, and park, on a different side of the building,” said DeWeese.
