Flooding of streams and low-lying areas is expected and may occur on the Delaware and Schuylkill rivers.

A winter storm watch was posted for western Pennsylvania areas, with 1 to 2 inches of rain expected followed by as much as 6 inches of snow, and some flooding possible on the Ohio, Lower Monongahela, and Youghiogheny rivers.
