Margaret Stiner Adams, 93, of Elmwood Road, died, Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at the MidState Medical Center in Meriden, CT.

She was the beloved wife of the late Emil W. Adams.

Margaret was born in Uniontown, PA September 2, 1917, a daughter of the late John Stiner, Sr. and Susan Focgac Stiner and had been a Wallingford resident for many years.

She had been a secretary in the office of the Connecticut Union of Telephone Workers in Hamden, until her retirement. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Yalesville, where she was a member of the Ladies Guild, and was an active bowler for many years.

She is survived by her son, Stephen E. Adams of Wallingford; her sister, Frances Kuchta of Smock, PA; many nieces and nephews and many grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

She was predeceased by four sisters and ten brothers.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 10 a.m., in OUR LADY OF FATIMA CHURCH, 382 Hope Hill Road. There will be no calling hours.

Interment will be private, in Sylvan Heights Cemetery in Uniontown, PA.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory may be sent to Our Lady of Fatima Church, 382 Hope Hill Road, Yalesville, CT. 06492.
