Hazel M. Paull Allamon, age 90, Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away at home on Saturday, March 12, 2011.

She was born Wednesday, July 21, 1920 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania the daughter of Luther Paull and Elizabeth (Hogan) Paull.

Hazel was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church in Uniontown.

She was a retired employee of the now former Metzler’s Department Store, Uniontown.

Hazel was preceded in death by her parents; a son-in-law, Russell Duff; brother, Luther Paull Jr.; and sisters, Mary Rickens and Dora Haniford.

She is survived by her husband of seventy-two years, Lawrence Allamon; daughter, Patricia Duff of Uniontown; a grandson, Russell Duff Jr. and his wife Maryann of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; one granddaughter, Rose Duff; and a sister, Edna Pearl Anger of Michigan.

Friends will be received in DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, New Salem, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday, March 17, 2011 until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service with the Reverend Michael I. Orsted officiating.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pennsylvania.
