Alvin L. Solari
Mr. Alvin “Al” L. Solari, age 91 of Uniontown, Pa. passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at the Uniontown Hospital.
“Al” was born in Allison, Pa. on September 30, 1919 the son of Joseph and Louise (Pasceline) Solari.
He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years Josephine (Filitsky) Solari of Uniontown and a daughter Judy Solari of Uniontown.
He was an Electrician for several years for U.S. Steel, a member of the Masonic Laurel Lodge 651 F&AM and a member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite.
Friends will be received in the THOMAS M. DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 N. Gallatin Avenue Uniontown, on Friday March 18, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m., at which time a service will be held by Rev. Scott Hoppe.
Entombment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
A Masonic Service will be held on Friday at 7:00 p.m.
