Hydrants to be flushed in Luzerne Township
Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will be flushing hydrants in Luzerne Township the week beginning on Monday.
The authority said customers in the township may experience a temporary drop in water pressure, loss of pressure or discolored water.
