Man charged for alleged concocted story
An Eighty Four man is facing multiple charges after police allege he fabricated a story about another man threatening to shoot him in an attempt to get the other man in trouble.
Southwest Regional police said Raymond Rush, 42, of 399 Ridge Road was charged before Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson with reporting false alarms to agencies of public safety, providing false reports to law enforcement and unsworn falsification to law enforcement for concocting the story about Stephen Durila of Millsboro.
