Samuel David Hawk, Sr., 72 of Waynesburg, Pa. who worked as LPN for 40 years, died on Sunday, November 13, 2011 in his home.
Survived by his wife Mary Carson; children Samuel D. Hawk, Jr., Terri Hawk Carson (Greg), Susan Gilmer Binder, Samantha McHenry Babcock (Brian), Bridget Hawk Kushner (John) Keith Hawk, Erin Hawk McCrea (Jason) Elizabeth Hawk Gooden (Paul) and Adam Hawk; stepdaughter Melinda Seibert Cecil; 21 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sister Geraldine Hawk Meese; nieces, nephews and special friend Harry Herrod.
Family and friends welcome in YOSKOVICH, Carmichaels 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday when a funeral service will be held at 6 with Pastor David N. Crowe officiating.
