Crystal A. Fields-Gallagher age 37 was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 13, 2011.

Crystal was born on March 15, 1974 at Uniontown Hospital. She is the daughter of David (Tony) and Bonnie Fields of Fairchance, Pa.

Crystal was a graduate of Albert Gallatin Senior High School Class of 1992 and also a graduate of Penn State University of 1997 with a Bachelors degree in Administration of Justice.

Crystal was employed at Evictions Specialists Inc. and formerly employed at SCI Fayette Correctional Institute as well as Fayette County Adult Probation.

Crystal was a loving wife, daughter, mother and friend. Crystal was pre-deceased by her maternal grandmother Audrey Wardell and paternal grandfather David C. Fields Sr.

Crystal is survived by her husband Rodney L. Gallagher Jr. and three children Alyssa, Kaylea and Rodney III; her parents David (Tony) Jr. and Bonnie Fields; brother Bryan Fields Sr. (Julie), sister Toni Fields and Telley Robeson (Marcus); grandmother Mary Ellen Fields, mother- and father-in-law, James Johnson (Marlene); sisters-in-law, Leanne Gallagher-Moore and Brandy Johnson. Crystal has several devoted nieces and nephews, aunts, cousins and friends.

Friends will be received at the Youghiogheny Western Baptist Association Headquarters, 624 Duck Hollow Rd and Route 21, Uniontown, (724-439-5270) Friday, November 18 from 4 to 8pm, where funeral services will be held Saturday, November 19 at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Terry Sanders officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the LANTZ FUNERAL HOME 297 E. Main St. Uniontown, Pa.
