Pearl A. Royesky Bukovitz
Pearl A. Royesky Bukovitz, 92 of Uniontown, Pa. passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening November 15, 2011 in the Laurel Ridge Nursing Center.
She was born February 25, 1919 in Adelaide, Pa., the daughter of the late Martin Royesky and Katherine Wolfe Royesky Gaidrich.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Victor Royesky and Theodore Gaidrich.
Pearl was a member of St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church. She loved to bake and cook, but most of all loved being a devoted and loving wife and mother. Pearl worked at the Berkowitz Shirt Factory and after worked for Sportswear Companies in Republic, Brownsville and at A and D Sportswear.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 69 years, Ernest J. Bukovitz; her loving children: Nancy Plata and husband Frank of Springfield , Va. and Ernest D. Bukovitz of Uniontown; sister-in-law Mary Gaidrich of Scottdale, Pa.; many loving nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Ave., Uniontown on Friday, November 18, 2011 from 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday morning when Prayers of Transfer will be said followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church with Rev. Fr. Michael J. Crookston as Celebrant. (Times of Prayers of Transfer and Mass to be announced.) Interment follows in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
