The Education Council of the Fayette Chamber of Commerce has honored Paul Pellick, a junior at Frazier High School, as a student of the month for October 2011.

The son of Paul and Tracy Pellick of Grindstone, he plans to attend California University of Pennsylvania to study secondary education.

Pellick is involved in National Honor Society, foreign language club, baseball and basketball.
