A Uniontown man police allege led officers on a high-speed chase for an escapee who was traveling in his vehicle waived all charges against him to court today.

State police Trooper Daniel R. Barnhart said Jacob Ernest Brosky, 45, was charged Sept. 14 before Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr. with felony counts of hindering apprehension and fleeing and eluding police and a misdemeanor count of recklessly endangering another person.

Brosky waived all charges against him to Fayette County Court during a preliminary hearing this afternoon before Magisterial District Judge Randy S. Abraham.

Police allege Brosky was driving Marybeth Beal, 21, of Dunbar Township, who was wanted for escaping from sheriff’s deputies the week prior.
