Members of the Uniontown Area High School Students Against Driving Drunk club, sponsored by Brenda Caromano, guidance counselor, are participating in a banner project to promote a statewide program that aims to crack down on adults who supply alcohol to underage youth. The program is in memory of Zack Nelson, a Uniontown student killed last month who was a passenger in a car driven by a teenager who is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Uniontown’s SADD club’s participation was omitted from an article published Sunday. HeraldStandard.com apologizes for the error.
