Perry firefighters battle blaze

No one was injured in a fast-moving blaze that destroyed a mobile home in Perryopolis late Saturday.

Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department Assistant Chief AJ Boni said firefighters were called to respond to a mobile home on fire in the Hutchinson Trailer Park at 9:17 p.m.

Boni said the home, located on Elm Street, was occupied but that no one was home when the fire erupted.

The state police fire marshal is investigating.

Boni said no one was injured.
