1 min read

Three Uniontown women were charged with retaliating against a victim after they Wednesday after they allegedly threatened a woman who called state police earlier in the day because she was being harassed.

Cpl. Michael Irwin alleged that Nikkarla Fitzgerald, 20, of 36 Pershing Court; Delores Fitzgerald, 20, of 124 Evans St. and Dominique Neal, 30, of 124 Evans St. threatened to beat up Cydnee Robinson around 7 p.m. Irwin indicated that about an hour earlier, Robinson called police because another woman was harassing her in Tuskegee Terrace.

Irwin charged Chanell Mattie with harassment in that incident, and in an affidavit said he told the Neal and the Fitzgeralds to leave Robinson alone or they would be arrested.

However, he alleged, the Fitzgeralds and Neal called Robinson a “snitch” for calling police to report the initial harassment and yelled profanities at her.
