Veronica Ruscitti Mayolo, 46 years, of Fairchance, Pennsyl-vania passed away after a long illness on Friday, September 2, 2011.

She was born Friday, April 16, 1965 the daughter of Armand Ruscitti and Shirley Rook Ruscitti in Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

Veronica was predeceased by her parents; and by her brother, David Ruscitti.

Veronica attended Ss. Cyril & Methodius Roman Catholic Church in Fairchance.

Surviving are her loving family: her fiancé`, Gary Smith; children: Jeffrey Novak and Nicole Mayolo; step children, Justin Smith and Brandon Smith; sisters: Mary Ann Wilhelm of Banning, Pennsylvania and Lisa Long and her husband Joe of West Palm Beach, Florida; brother, Matthew Ruscitti and his wife Naomi, San Diego, California; nieces and nephew: Jennifer, J a m i e, Breanna, B r o o k e, Allyssa, Alyson; many other loving family and friends; and her loving dog and companion Lucy.

Family will receive Friends in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pennsylvania today (Tuesday, S e p t e m b e r 6, 2011) from 12 Noon until 1:15 p.m. A Word Service will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Funeral Home with Reverend Father Andrew M. Kawecki officiating.

Interment will follow in Monongahela Valley Memorial Park, Donora, Pennsylvania.

Visitation was also held on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
