Fayette County Court sentences handed down

Judge Steve P. Leskinen handed down sentences in Fayette County Court. Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance in the county’s alcohol safe-driving school, and also can include admission to the Interlock Program.

Timothy Patrick McKendry, 29, of Charleroi was sentenced to 30 days probation for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Robert Gibson Dennis, 41, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with the first 90 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Gary Lee Cornish, 51, of Hopwood was sentenced to one year probation for theft by deception.

Jerry F. Allen, 41, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

John Richard Campbell, 44, of Dunbar was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment, with the first 11 ½ months served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Ronald Edwin Workman, 31, of Grindstone was sentenced to one to two years in prison for DUI.

Kristy J. Hicks, 31, of Masontown was sentenced to a total of 14 days to 1 ½ years in prison in three cases, each involving DUI.

Brandon Deam Halfhill, 31, of Scottdale was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with the first 90 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Bonnie Ellen Medved, 46, of Smithfield was sentenced to one year probation for false reports.

Andrew Sekerak Jr., 42, of Merrittstown was sentenced to a total of 23 months intermediate punishment, with the first 183 days served on electronic monitoring, in two cases involving two counts of DUI and one count of accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed.

William Duke Berish, 33, of Charleroi was sentenced to a total of two years intermediate punishment, with the first 180 days served on electronic monitoring, in two cases, each involving DUI.

Brandon Keith Dusi, 27, of Uniontown received two sentences of 18 months intermediate punishment, with the first 90 days served on electronic monitoring, in two cases, each involving DUI.

Desiree Lynn Leichliter, 24, of Hopwood was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with the first 12 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Susan Lynn McKnight, 50, of Uniontown was sentenced to a total of 27 months intermediate punishment, with the first 102 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Stanley Edward Bryner, 37, of Connellsville was sentenced to 36 months intermediate punishment, with the first 12 months served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Sandra Geisler, 49, of Dunbar was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

William Evans McKnight, 51, of Uniontown was sentenced to 20 months intermediate punishment, with the first 90 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Clifford L. Burlock, 64, of Hopwood was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Connie Delores Benko, 53, of Uniontown was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment, with the first 12 months served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Anthony Evans, 33, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to 12 months in prison of possession of a controlled substance.

Clara Janet Martin, 48, of Connellsville was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Stephanie L. Livingston, 45, of Uniontown was sentenced to a total of one year intermediate punishment, with the first 36 days served on electronic monitoring, in two cases, each involving one count of DUI.

Robbie Defilippo, 35, of Mount Pleasant was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with the first 12 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Michael Anthony Ciampanelli, 28, of Masontown was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rachel Ann Jacobs, 23, of Dunbar was sentenced to one to 12 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance.

Daniel Keith Martin, 32, of Brownsville was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with the first 18 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Mark Daniel Miller, 49, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with the first 18 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Cassandra Dawn Poling, 24, of Masontown was sentenced to two years probation for retail theft.

Stephanie J. Jezewski, 38, of Dickerson Run was sentenced to 20 months intermediate punishment, with the first 90 days served on electronic monitoring, for for DUI and 90 days intermediate punishment for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Teal Michelle Messner, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to a total of 120 days of probation for possession of marijuana and retail theft.

Raymond Delawder, 39, of Washington was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with the first 90 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Amber Jane Reinhart, 28, of Markleysburg was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Jamel Samantha Williams, 36, of Brownsville was sentenced to two years probation for retail theft.

Reese L. Hodge II, 25, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Mark McDowell, 45, of Connellsville was sentenced to six months probation for DUI.

Stacey Leonard, 35, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for burglary.

Michelle M. Manchas, 32, of Masontown was sentenced to one year probation for fraudulently obtaining foodstamps.

Christopher Lee Ray, 36, of Dunbar was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Simon Dale Shultz, 30, of Normalville was sentenced to six months probation for fleeing or eluding police.

Amber N. Straughters, 23, of Connellsville was sentenced to 48 hours to six months for DUI.

Kathryn Louise Burnworth, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to a total of 18 months intermediate punishment, with the first 54 days served on electronic monitoring, in three cases, each involving a count of DUI.

Robin Weimer, 20, of Waltersburg was sentenced to one year probation for selling offensive weapons.

Justin David Pazicni, 27, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to one year probation for false identification to law enforcement.

Deana Rae Patterson, 42, of Uniontown was sentenced to 2 ½ to five years in prison for possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Willie Frank Smith, 43, of Uniontown was sentenced to five to 11 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance.

Tiana Rhea Thornton, 31, of Uniontown was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment, with the first 11 ½ months served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Charles Raymond Hull, 22, of Daisytown was sentenced to one to two years in prison for theft by unlawful taking.

Charles Raymond McClelland, 50, of Republic was 36 months intermediate punishment, with the first 12 months served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Ronald E. Nicklow, 52, of Leisenring was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment, with the first 12 months served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Christopher Ervin Brewer, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to nine to 18 months in prison for possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Oscar Stokes, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to 12 months in prison for fleeing or eluding police.

Michael D. Wilson, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with the first three months served on electronic monitoring, for possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Amanda Rae Skinner, 29, of McClellandtown was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with the first three months served on electronic monitoring, for possession of a controlled substance.

Merle Allen Adams, 52, of Gans was sentenced to two to four years in prison for possession of an instrument of a crime.

John Crayton, 34, of South Connellsville was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment, with the first 12 months served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Kimberly Dawn Lee, 43, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with the first 90 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Marci J. Long, 39, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with the first 30 days served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

William Robert Murray Jr., 26, of Fairbank was sentenced to two years probation for simple assault.

Timothy Michael Reckner, 37, of Uledi was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment, with the first 12 months served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Jason Hawkins, 39, of Dunbar was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment, with the first 12 months served on electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Kristi Ann Hay, 25, of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with the first six months served on electronic monitoring, for possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Mark Edward Zooner Jr., 24, of Fairchance was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with the first nine months served on electronic monitoring, for criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault.

Doulgas Stephen Katona, 49, of South Connellsville was sentenced to a total of two to four years in prison in three cases, each involving a count of DUI.

Ronald Edwin Workman, 31, of Grindstone was sentenced to one to two years in prison for DUI.

James Simon Thompson, 55, of Republic was sentenced to a total of five to 10 years in prison in four cases involving three counts of possession with the intent to deliver drugs and one count of prohibited possession of a firearm.

Justin Joseph Porterfield, 21, of Connellsville was sentenced to four years probation for propelling missiles into occupied vehicles.
