Zackery R. Nelson, age 17 of Chalk Hill, Pa., passed away Thursday, September 15, 2011 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia.

Friends will be received at the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue Uniontown, PA, this morning until 10 a.m., the hour of service in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Beau Williamson officiating.

Interment follows in Sansom Chapel Cemetery, Farmington.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to all their friends and family and the staff at Ruby Memorial Hospital for the outpouring of love and prayers offered for their son and brother, Zackery.
