Crucible man wanted for forgery

Two arrests warrants have been issued for Robert Lee Metcalf, 34, of Crucible for allegedly passing forged checks at two Fayette County stores earlier this year.

According to state police, Metcalf passed checks that appeared to be payroll checks from Ewings Paintinc Inc, 460 Eaton Run Rd., Waynesburg, but the bank information, accout and routing numbers were incorrect.
