Willis Frank ‘Rocky’ Stilwell, 82 of Waynesburg, Pa., died Saturday, September 24 at home.

Survived by son Jeff Stilwell and his wife Rebecca; grandsons: Travis Stilwell (Shelby) and Clinton Stilwell; great grandson Ayden; sisters: Billie Dulaney and Charlene Yanak.

Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday in BEHM, Jefferson.
