Man to stand trial for indecent assault
A Uniontown man accused of inappropriately touching a 7-year-old South Union Township girl will have his day in court.
State police Trooper Heather L. Clem said Harold Wayne Riggen, 53, was charged before Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr. with a single count of indecent assault for the alleged incident hat occurred sometime between April and October, 2010.
Following a preliminary hearing this morning, George held the charge against Riggen to Fayette County Court.
