Police seek Brownsville man

By Jennifer Harr heraldstandard.Com 1 min read

Brownsville police are looking for a man who fled authorities as they tried to arrest him for an alleged assault Tuesday.

Quinton Biddings, 33, of Brownsville was charged with simple assault and harassment in relation to an alleged assault on a woman, and with additional charges of fleeing and eluding police, flight to avoid apprehension and driving under the influence of alcohol, in addition to several traffic citations.

Police said they were called to 122 Prospect St. over a domestic violence complaint around 2:50 a.m. where the alleged victim, who was not identified, said that Biddings was choking and chasing her.

As they headed to the house, police said they saw Biddings driving on Spice Alley and tried to conduct a stop. However, authorities alleged that Biddings drove to Hunters Ridge in Redstone Township, jumped out of his car and ran from police.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino issued a warrant for Biddings’ arrest.
