Newman homicide cases could be consolidated

The Washington County District Attorney’s office is seeking to have the cases of all three defendants in the John Newman homicide trial consolidated.

Newman was found shot to death in his car in California Borough in 2003. Three men, John Ira Bronson, Michael Duncan and Howard Irwin, are charged with homicide and conspiracy to commit homicide in his death.
