Thomas M. Swartz, age 52, of Verona, Pa., passed away Monday, March 26, 2012 in Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh

He was born April 11, 1959 in Uniontown, Pa., the son of Elizabeth B. (Hubany) Swartz of Hopwood, Pa., and the now late John G. Swartz.

‘Tom’ graduated from Laurel Highlands High School, Class of 1977.

He was an Accountant with New Image Press for 27 years.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Daniel Swartz and wife Lesle of York, Pa.; and a nephew, Justin Swartz. He also left many loyal friends and family.

Memorial Service was held on Saturday, March 31, 2012 in the Apollo Free Methodist Church.

Arrangements were by the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood.
