1 min read

Visitors to Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens in Pittsburgh are invited to take a tour around the world with the spring flower show, running through April 15 at the Schenley Park landmark.

“World Destinations,” designed by 13 Grounds Design Landscape Architecture of Pittsburgh, will take visitors to the French Polynesian Islands, the Netherlands, Great Britain, France, Greece and China.

The trip is highlighted with beautiful spring flowers, including azaleas that are native to China and tulips native to Holland as well daffodils, petunias and hyacinths in an array of colors and fragrances.

“People find the country rooms to be festive, fun and colorful,” said spokeswoman Natalie Bowman. “People like the spring shows with the colors and scents and variety of flowers. This show offers all the things that people love about Phipps.”
