Lenore (Massimiani) O’Neil, age 85, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday, April 6, 2012 at her home with her loving family at her side.

S h e w a s b o r n o n November 24, 1926 in Brownsville, Pa., daughter of Joseph Massimiani and Rose (George) Massimiani

Lenore was a member of Saint Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown.

She was a retired Secretary from Fayette County Coroner’s Office and also from Dr. Philip Reilly’s medical office.

She enjoyed her Tuesday night Bible Study group.

Lenore was preceded in death by a sister, M a r i e Gmitter; and by her parents.

Surviving are her sons: James O’Neil and wife Becky of Uniontown, Pa., and David O’Neil and wife Lee of Chalk Hill, Pa.; grandchildren: Katie Hathaway and husband Aaron, Paul O’Neil, John O’Neil, and Colleen O’Neil; sister, Virginia Serpento of New Salem, Pa.; and a close cousin, M a r i e DeCarlo of Uniontown Pa.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 from 2 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 until 9:15 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.

A Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in the Saint Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church, North Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., with Rev. Father Stephen R. Bugay as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.

A Parish Wake Service will be held in the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
