Jacqueline C. Hogan Stark, age 68, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Thursday evening, April 5, 2012 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa.

Friends will be received at 71 Pennsylvania Ave., in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, Uniontown, Tuesday morning until 9:30 where Prayers of Transfer will be said followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist R. C. Church, 55 Jefferson Street, Uniontown, Pa.

Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
