Police seek missing teen

Uniontown police said they are looking for a missing teen after she apparently ran away while visiting her mother in Uniontown on Saturday.

Officer Michael Bittner said 14-year-old Mary Williams, who is currently in the care of Children Youth and Family Services of Pittsburgh was driven to Uniontown Saturday for a scheduled visit with her mother, Melissa Williams, 36, of 72 W. Craig St., Apt. 1, Uniontown.

When her visit was ending around 5 p.m., Bittner said that Mary Williams fled from the residence and was not seen or heard from again.

Anyone with information regarding Mary Williams’ whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-430-2929.
