By Heraldstandard.Com 1 min read

A Uniontown contractor submitted the lowest bid to convert five, adjacent vacant lots on Lemon Street in the city into a park featuring an open grassy area and landscaping.

Franty and Sons’ bid of $42,663 was the lowest of the nine project bids that the Uniontown Redevelopment Authority opened Monday.
