Help with state forms available
HARRISBURG — State Rep. Peter J. Daley, D-California, wants area residents to know they can receive help with state forms and applications at various locations during January.
A member of Daley’s office staff will be in attendance to provide assistance from 9:30-11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 4, at the Menallen Township Building, 427 Searights-Herbert Road; from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, and the same times on Monday, Jan. 28, at the Marianna-West Beth Public Library, 247 Jefferson Ave., Marianna.
No appointment is necessary for the program.
Constituents can receive assistance filling out forms for PACE or PACENET, Pennsylvania’s prescription drug assistance programs for senior citizens; the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program, which is available to income-qualified seniors, widows, widowers and residents in the state with permanent disabilities; and other state forms and applications.
In addition to regularly scheduled constituent outreach events, Daley’s local offices are available Monday through Friday to assist constituents.
