Commisisoners take action to hire interim solicitor
In a split vote, the Fayette County commissioners took action to place a motion on Tuesday’s agenda to hire an interim solicitor to consider a redesign the county solicitors positions and handle the duties of the chief solicitor.
Voting in favor of the motion were Chairman Al Ambrosini and Commissioner Vincent Zapotosky. Voting against the motion was Angela Zimmerlink.
The discussion began when Ambrosini proposed an amendment during the agenda meeting to hire the interim solicitor.
