Hopwood woman charged in ramming of police car

A Hopwood woman is facing charges after police allege she rammed her car into a police car while driving drunk in Uniontown early today.

Uniontown police Officer D.J. Dewitt said Paula Brozik, 48, was charged by Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros with drunken driving, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and multiple traffic violations following the incident.

According to DeWitt, he attempted to stop Brozik’s vehicle for multiple traffic violations on East Fayette Street around 2:30 a.m.
