Pauline E. Johnson Livengood

Pauline E. (Johnson) Livengood, 80, of Farmington, Pa., passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012 at home.

She was born March 18, 1831 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of Lester Clinton Johnson and Ethel Lucille (Beitzel) Johnson.

Pauline was a member of the Wharton Furnace Union Church for many years and belonged to the church’s Ladies’ Home Committee.

She loved the outdoors and taking long walks.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earl L. Livengood on May 1, 1991; a sister, Helen Johnson Livengood; and a brother, Robert ‘Butch’ Johnson.

Surviving are her three sons: Greg Livengood and wife Traci of Ruckersville, Virginia, Gary Livengood at home and Gerald Livengood and wife Michelle of Dunbar, Pa.; seven grand children: Kendrick, Nathaniel, Kate, Benjamin, Wil, Calvin and Peter; two brothers and one sister: Harold Johnson of Gibbon Glade, Pa., Edith Wood and husband John of Crystal Lake, Illinois and Earl ‘Sonny’ Johnson of Farmington, Pa.

Friends were received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME-Farmington on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Visitation will continue today (Sunday, February 19) in the WHARTON FURNACE UNION CHURCH from Noon until 1 p.m., the hour of the Service with her Pastor, Steve Davis, officiating.

Interment will follow in Bethel Memorial Cemetery, Farmington, Pa.
