Jessie ‘Zinc’ (Shaffer) Raffle
Jessie ‘Zinc’ Shaffer Raffle, 57, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday, March 2, 2012 a t h e r residence with loving f a m i l y members by her side.
She was born October 2, 1954 in Uniontown, Pa.
‘Zinc’ was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church, the Adrian Bible Class and the United Methodist Women.
She was formerly employed at Anthony’s Alley (Bender’s).
Preceding her in death were her father, R. Samuel Shaffer; and a grandson, Cameron James Raffle.
Surviving are her mother, Stella M. ‘Sis’ (Guseman) Shaffer of Uniontown; four children: Jimmy Raffle of Hopwood, Pa., Samuel Walter Raffle and wife Lisa Renee, Krystal Lyn Raffle and fiancé Josh Tressler, Joey Hull and wife Karen all of Uniontown; a grandson, Bryan Anthony Raffle; a sister, Earla Shaffer Blosser of Uniontown; a niece, Chrissy Hoffert and husband Michael; great niece, Elizabeth great nephew, Max; and many loving friends.
Friends will be received in the JEROME W. SHELL F U N E R A L H O M E, 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., this evening from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Tuesday, March 6, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Rev. Kelly Smith officiating.
Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Uniontown.
