Martha Ann (VanSickle) Van Dine, 67, of Phillips, Pa., passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012 at her residence.

She was born June 7, 1944 in Uniontown, Pa.

Martha was a former Certified Nursing Assistant at the Uniontown Hospital.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Ernest VanSickle and Helena Coburn VanSickle; a grandson, James Snyder; and two sisters: Ruth Yauger and Amelia Faye Crouse.

Surviving are: her loving husband, William ‘Chappy’ Van Dine; three daughters: Paula Ann Scott of Uniontown, Pa., T o n i a L y n n S c o t t and friend Jeff Herbert of Connellsville, Pa., Bobbi Jo Snyder and husband Denver ‘Butch’ Snyder of Bolivia, North Carolina; grandchildren: Kathryn Snyder and Samuel Snyder; and her brother, Howard VanSickle and wife Bonnie of Painesville, Ohio.

Friends will be received in the JEROME W. SHELL F U N E R A L H O M E, 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., on Tuesday, March 6, from 5 to 8 p.m. The Funeral Service will begin at 8 p.m. with Pastor Margaret Jo Friedhof officiating.

Interment will be private.
