Nypavers found guilty of theft

The former Uniontown fire chief and his estranged wife were each found guilty Wednesday in Fayette County Court of theft by deception and conspiracy to commit theft by deception.

Myron and Lisa Nypaver were charged with obtaining $16,990 in fraudulent unemployment benefits.
