Uniontown police said charges will be filed against an 18-year-old Uniontown High School student after multiple incidents involving bizarre behavior at the school and on a school bus in recent weeks.

Uniontown police Officer Michael C. Garrow Sr., who is the department’s school resource officer, said police were alerted to the strange incidents Thursday afternoon.

According to Garrow, a 17-year-old high school student told police that while aboard a school bus traveling from Uniontown High School to the Fayette County Career and Technical Institute, the suspect stuck his right hand down the front of his own pants and deliberately moved his hand up and down for several seconds before removing his hand and then rubbing it across the face and mouth of the alleged victim.
