Suspect nabbed in Masontown beating
Police captured a Masontown man they alleged violently beat another man during a drunken altercation Feb. 28.
Masontown police Officer Robert L. Kelly said he secured a warrant for the arrest of Justin Lee Shuff, 24, on charges including aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment for the assault on Clarence David, also of Masontown.
Shuff was nabbed by police Tuesday and placed in Fayette County Prison on $30,000 straight cash bond following his arraignment.
