Warrant issued for Lemont Furnace man in indecent assault
Uniontown police said they have secured a warrant for the arrest of a Lemont Furnace man after he allegedly assaulted a Uniontown woman Feb. 4.
Officer D.J. DeWitt said Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros issued a warrant for the arrest of Robery L. Daugherty Jr., 45, for a single count of indecent assault.
According to DeWitt, the incident occurred shortly before 9 p.m. when officers were dispatched to a residence in Uniontown for a reported assault.
