Uniontown man to stand trial in assault
A Uniontown man police allege assaulted and threatened a woman in North Union Township in December will stand trial.
State police said Kevin Lemar Stevens, also known as Kevin Lemar Johnson and Kevin Lemar Stevenson, 21, was charged before Magisterial District Judge Wendy D. Dennis with aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and disorderly conduct.
Dennis held all charges against Stevens for Fayette County Court following a preliminary hearing held this afternoon.
