The Uniontown Rotary Club has honored Danielle Dennis, a senior at Laurel Highlands High School, as a student of the month for January 2012.

The daughter of Robert and Debbie Dennis of Hopwood, she plans to attend Grove City College to study accounting.

Dennis is involved in National Honor Society, gifted, Interact club, bible club, quiz team, KDKA Hometown High-Q and junior achievement.
