Sarah Alverda Minnick
Sarah Alverda Minnick, 82, of Masontown, Pa., passed away March 27, 2012 at Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa.
She was born in Lambert, Pa. on July 12, 1929, the daughter of the late Clark Adams, Sr. and Blanche (Harford) Adams.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Charles E. Minnick and son, Louis E. Minnick, brothers: Earl, Ralph, Weldon and William, sister, Loretta Gardner and niece, Kimberly Adams.
She is survived by her daughter, Betty Jean Gaff and daughter – in – law, Rebecca Minnick; brothers: Edward Adams, Robert Adams and Charles Adams; grandson, Michael Minnick; a great grandson and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be received in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH, JR. FUNERAL HOME, 7 River Ave., Masontown, PA. Thursday, March 29, 2012, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday from 9 until 10 a.m. the hour of Service in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment at Church Hill Cemetery,McClellandtown, Pa.
