Alex Ferek Applause
The Carmichaels Area Women’s Civic Club has honored Alex Ferek, a senior at Carmichaels Area High School, as a student of the month for March 2012.
The daughter of Ron and Brenda Ferek of Carmichaels, she is undecided which post-secondary school she will attend, but plans to study nursing.
Ferek is involved in National Honor Society, SADD, yearbook staff, newspaper, senior standing committee, marching and concert bands and volleyball.
