Betty June (Anderson) Clark
Betty June (Anderson) Clark age 84, of Grindstone, Pa., passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2012.
She was born June 23, 1927, in Clarksville, Pa., daughter of Effie (Armel) Anderson and Ora Anderson Sr.
Betty worked for a few companies before she went to work at Brownsville Drive-In from which she retired after 20 years of dedicated service.
She had worked for Republic Sportsware in Republic for 15 years and before that for Parks and Tilford in Brownsville.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas Clark Sr.; son Thomas Clark Jr.; grandson, Johnny Shaneyfelt Jr.; two brothers, Ora Anderson Jr. and Robert Anderson; and sisters, Emily Stanton and Marie Metz.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Linda Pierce of Ohio; two sons: Robert Clark and wife Susan, Brownsville, Pa., and John Sebeck of Grindstone; granddaughters: R a y n e t t e G u e s m a n of Grindstone and Bobbi Sue Thompson, Tower Hill II, Pa.; three great grandchildren: Maria Sparks, Brownsville, Pa. Kennita Tomlin of Grindstone, Pa., and Lewis Robert Sparks of Gates, Pa.; brother, William Anderson and wife Sharon of Washington, Pa.; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends will be received in the NOVAK FUNERAL HOME 515 Front Street, Brownsville, Pa., on Monday, May 7, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, May 8, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
A Committal Service will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 11 a.m. in LAFAYETTE MEMORIAL PARK, Brier Hill, Pa.
