Uniontown man charged in alleged juvenile sexual assault
An 18-year-old Uniontown man is facing felony charges alleging that he sexually assaulted a 11-year-old boy on Monday.
Uniontown police arrested Shaun Douglas Fitzgerald of 74 Murray Ave. for allegedly performing oral sex on the boy under an overpass behind the Catholic War Veterans on East Main Street after school.
The boy’s mother called police just before 5 p.m. to report the incident.
