Luzerne receives donated breathalyzer

The family of a state trooper killed by a drunk driver has donated a portable breathalyzer to the Luzerne Township police department.

The fallen office, Kenton Iwaniec, was about to become engaged to a woman from Luzerne Township when his vehicle was struck head-on by a drunk driver on March 27, 2008.
