Uniontown man to stand trial in sex assault

A Uniontown man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in March will stand trial.

Uniontown police Officer Jonathan Grabiak said David Ronald Hixenbaugh, 47, was charged before Magisterial District Judge Michael M. Metros with aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and unlawful restraint

Metros held all charges against Hixenbaugh for Fayette County Court following a preliminary hearing held Tuesday.
