Judge denies motion regarding new county clerk

Judge Steve P. Leskinen denied the motion by Pritchard, noting that the motion “alleges exactly the same complaint as the previous untitled petition” and again fails to cite a legal authority that would permit the court to interfere with personnel decisions of the Fayette County Commissioners.
