Scottdale man to stand trial in assault
A Scottdale man accused of indecent assault after police allege he had inappropriate contact with a Fayette County teen will stand trial.
State police Trooper Nathaniel S. Lieberum said Ira Howard White, 41, of 420 Newman St. was charged before Magisterial District Judge Dwight K. Shaner with indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and harassment.
Shaner held all charges against White for Fayette County Court following a preliminary hearing this afternoon.
