West Virginia man to stand trial in burglary

A West Virginia man police allege was caught burglarizing an auto repair shop in Georges Township on May 1 will stand trial.

State police Trooper Ryan Remmington said Thomas Eugene Mickey, 55, of Morgantown was charged before Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr. with burglary, criminal attempt burglary, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.

Mickey waived all charges against him to Fayette County Court during a preliminary hearing held this morning before Magisterial District Judge Randy S. Abraham.
